Pos: the location here is fantastic, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and the city center with all its bars and shops.

Magnificent and incredible location in a very quiet area from the city center was a plus. The rooms turned out to be beautifully decorated and new-fashioned with generous extra's, a verandah where other residents would have access thus affecting the privacy, a ceiling fan. The staff was amicable and helpful, the service was welcoming, they shared some useful information.

I spent our time here lovely. the staff was affable & amicable. - the location of the hotel was excellent - at a short distance from Huguenot Memorial Museum. - Was in a very quiet area and walking distance to restaurants and bars.

This was an excellent stay on our vacation. We booked a guest room with an electric kettle, central heating, and iron/ironing board.

The room was bright and fairly quiet with a kitchen included, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms where bright and nicely decorated here with a verandah, access thus affecting the privacy plus fresh muffins.

Great location, walking distance to town centre and wine estates; clean, spacious and well-decorated rooms; friendly and accommodating hosts; convenient parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance to the main street with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast that was delivered each morning was a great touch, especially since we didn't have access to a kitchen. We also appreciated the attention to detail, with the room being carefully prepared and stocked with extras like fresh muffins and toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. this hotel provided excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a marvellous position right by the Main Road and Wine Tram pickup, centre of Franschhoek and shops.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and offered great recommendations for vineyards to visit. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the main street with coffee shops and restaurants. We felt secure parking our car in the backyard.

The bed was uncomfortable, especially for someone with a bad back. There were a lot of mosquitoes, but the hosts provided sprays and mosquito repellent electric sockets.

Everything was great, my next choice again in Franschhoek. Truly enjoyed how charming old and absolutely charming the property was. - the location was great and fantastic, at a short distance from Dutch Reformed Church. - the area was pretty nice. - All the staff were helpful, informative. - the vibe here was family.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was charming and lovely, had incredible location in everything they shared. Location: the venue was short walk to best restaurants, a beautiful garden, and the center of Franschoek.

We stayed during Christmas and the complimentary soap and shampoo were nice! The guesthouse was in a great location close to restaurants and the town was within walking distance. The host was friendly and gave us lots of information on things to do and see in the area. The beds were comfortable and there was a ceiling fan in the deluxe room.

There was no wardrobe in the deluxe or double rooms, and no air conditioning, which was really uncomfortable during the hot Christmas season. Even though we had to leave the windows open due to lack of aircon, there were mosquitos which made it difficult to enjoy the room.

Loved our stay, had nice 4 days overall. The hotel was in a central location in the center of Franschoek. Further, it was near all the restaurants in the centre of Franschhoek, Hermanus, Knysna or even Cape Town and cafes and supermarket.
